The information on this site is collected from open sources; not all videos are original. Significant differences in quality are also possible. Most video content is obtained from open sources by importing it to the WEBBYON video platform; users of similar resources freely post it.
If you have any claims regarding your intellectual property rights in accordance with Russian Federation law, we first recommend that you contact the site administration on VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, or other open video portals.
If you wish to block users of this resource from accessing your videos and other content to which you hold rights under Russian Federation law, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to WEBBYON;
2. On the page with the "disputed" video content, under the player window, there is a "Copyright" button. Click it to fill out all the required information in the modal window that opens, and check the appropriate boxes.
After filling out the form, click the "Submit" or "Cancel" buttons.

If you are the copyright holder in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of the materials posted on the Site (texts, photographs or other objects of copyright) and / or your rights are in any other way violated by the materials of the Site, please send a corresponding request to the Site Administration to the e-mail address legal@webbyon.ru, and also fill out the appropriate Application Form (for legal entities and individuals), please provide comprehensive evidence of ownership of exclusive rights to the relevant materials (works) and/or other information and data regarding the nature of the infringement in accordance with Russian Federation law.
Your request or Application will be reviewed by the Site Administration within five (5) business days from the date of receipt of your request containing all necessary information and evidence of the infringement of your rights.
In accordance with current Russian Federation law, the Site Administration is prepared to resolve all disputes out of court.
