The administrator and copyright holder of the website webbyon.ru (including mobile applications) is E.V. Zezero, Individual Entrepreneur (TIN 614001976194 OGRNIP 316619600067301), hereinafter referred to as the web services agency © WEBBY, registered at the address: 346780, Azov, Lomonosov lane, 42. At the same time, it is specifically stipulated that, with regard to the protection of intellectual rights in connection with the User Content on the Site, WEBBYON.RU acts as an Information Intermediary (the owner of an information resource on the Internet, on which audiovisual works are posted mainly by Internet users, and who does not choose the recipient of this information, does not influence the integrity of such transmitted information and, due to the specifics of the status of the Information Intermediary (registry entry of Roskomnadzor No. 155-RR dated July 13, 2018), and is not responsible for the actions of third parties who violate the current Russian legislation), and in accordance with Art. 1253.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Art. 15.7 of the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies, and the Protection of Information" takes measures to prevent the corresponding violations based on statements from Copyright Holders (for more details, see paragraph 24. of the WEBBYON Terms of Use).

Any person who believes that their rights and interests have been violated due to the actions of the Administration or third parties in connection with the posting of any Materials and/or Information on WEBBYON is obliged to notify the Administration by sending an email to support@webbyon.ru, or using the feedback form for reporting violations of copyright and/or related rights by copyright holders in a special section of the Site (https://webbyon.ru/contact-us/), and also guided by the Regulations for the consideration of applications from copyright holders (and/or a person authorized by the copyright holder) related to the posting Users of content on the WebbyON.ru website (https://webbyon.ru/terms/reglament/).
